专利摘要:
To support and guide a sub-lance for a metallurgical furnace, a sub-lance carriage 3 and sub-lance guide 4 run on a track 1. The guide 4 is below the carriage and moves in dependence on the carriage movement for part of the carriage travel. To provide a simple means for control of the movement of the guide, the guide is suspended by a support 6, such as a cable, the top end of which engages the carriage but is caught by fixed stops 8 when the carriage moves below a certain point. The cable 6 is housed within a tubular guide 5 over part of its length.

专利说明:

The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to devices for supporting and guiding an auxiliary pipe, with the aid of, and to which measurements and sampling in a steelmaking furnace are carried out.
The aim of the invention is to simplify the device and facilitate its use,
FIG. Figure 1 shows the proposed device with the upper position of the carriage of the auxiliary tube} ia of FIG. 2, the same with the lower position directing the auxiliary tube; Fig, 3 - the same, with the lower position of the carriage auxiliary tube; in fig. 4 is a side view of the device shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 5 is a view along arrow A in FIG. 1; FIG. 6 is a section BB in FIG. 2,
The device consists of the auxiliary tube carriage guide 1 with the lower stopper 2, the Guide 1 has an H-shaped profile (Fig. 5), and the carriage 3 and the guide 4 of the auxiliary tube move along it. In operation, the assembled device is positioned over the furnace and the auxiliary tube is hung from the carriage 3 and guided with the help of the guide 4 o. Both the carriage 3s and the guide 4 of the auxiliary tube are guided along the edges or the body of the H-shaped profile on the wheels.
The tubular guide 5 of the cable 6 is attached to the guide 1 over most of its length, and the cable 6 passes through the guide 5, while its end is attached to the guide 4 of the auxiliary tube. The cable 6 represents the supporting member for the guide 4 of the auxiliary tube. At its upper end, the cable 6 is attached to the crossmember 7, which is located in a recess in the upper part of the carriage 3 of the auxiliary tube. Directly above the top (1 end of the guide 5 of the cable 6 is fixed a fixed stopper, attached to the guide 1 and consisting of two hooks (one on each side to the chain 5 of the cable 6), Cross bar 7 is stopped using the stopper 8 when the carriage 3 of the auxiliary tube moves downwards beyond the stopper 8.

There is a gap between the auxiliary tube carriage 3 and the sliding surface of the guide 1 (Fig. 5). This gap allows the carriage 3 to move without interference along the cable guide 5 behind the fixed stopper 8. From FIG. 5 it can also be seen that the carriage 3 of the auxiliary tube runs along the guide 1. The guide rollers or wheels of the carriage roll along the guide along its to the sides (not shown),
The tube 9 is attached to the guide tube and extends along the cable 6 with which it moves. The tube 9 extends in the tubular guide 5 of the cable 6 and is free in it. Similarly, the tube 10 is attached to the crossmember 7 and extends along the cable 6 in the cable guide 5, in which it is also freely located. The lengths of the tubes 9 and 10 are such that they both pass in the cable guide 5 at each position of the auxiliary tube guide. The tubes 9 and 10 form tubular closing elements for the cable 6 and maintain its position when it is not pulled.
The device works as follows.
In the upper position (Fig. 1), the guide tube 4 of the auxiliary tube is held by the cable 6, and the cross member 7 is located in a recess on the upper surface of the carriage 3.
During the movement of the carriage 3 of the auxiliary tube downwards (Fig. 2), the direction 4 of the auxiliary tube meets with the stopper 2. When the carriage 3 of the auxiliary tube moves downward, the tension of the cable 6 decreases and its elasticity disappears. After that, the cross member 7 stops at a fixed stopper 8 when the cable 6 is not completely tensioned. However, in this position, the cable 6. Is supported in the transverse direction along its entire length by means of the tubes 9 and to and the tubular guide 5 of the cable 6.
In the lowest position, the carriage 3 of the auxiliary tube is stopped on the guide 4 of the auxiliary tube. The drive means for the ancillary tube carriage 3 (not shown) do not affect
3 -
principle of operation. The drive is carried out with the help of a cable, which is set in motion with the help of an appropriate energy system, located above the upper end of the rail 1.
Pipeline guide 5 must accommodate support devices (for example, a cable), which are mostly in it, in order to ensure stable movement of the guide tube and prevent cable 6 from deviating and contacting other moving parts. This is achieved by the fact that the tubular clapping elements are positioned at both ends of the support means by the guide and extend in tubular direction for all positions of the guide auxiliary tube. Thus, the cable 6 of the support means is closed over its entire length. These two tubular closures of the element (tubes 9 and 10) move inside the tubular guide. The end portions of the support means may be made in the form of rods that extend in a tubular guide in each position of the guide tube, the lateral movement of the support means being eliminated.

The supporting means for the guide tube is preferably implemented as a cable, however, it is possible to make them from a cord or 5 chain. The predominant use of the cable due to its elasticity. If the guide tube in its lowest position is limited by
10 stopper, then when guiding
the auxiliary tube moves downwards and meets with this stopper in the lower position, elasticity. the cable allows you to reduce the impact
15 produced by the guide tube when meeting with the stopper. Conversely, when the support means are lifted using the carriage of the auxiliary tube from
20 retention means, the impact is reduced.
The invention will simplify the design of the device for guiding and maintaining the auxiliary
25 tube, provide movement of the pilot support tube and the required adjustable position of the support tube carriage without using a counterweight and / or
30 of the special drive system for the pilot assist tube, which facilitates its use.
